    Assistant Facilities Manager

    Department: Engineering

    Job Duties:

    • To prepare annual maintenance plan, oversee maintenance services and lead the in-house maintenance team & outsourced contractors
    • To prepare tender documents and follow tendering procedure for maintenance works
    • To formulate and review the maintenance policy
    • To maintain an up-to-date maintenance record on all preventive maintenance and repairs that have been carried out in the building and on all associated equipment
    • To ensure that all licenses are complied with and renewed in advance
    • To develop and maintain priority system for work orders to be carried out

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Building Surveying or related disciplines
    • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience of which 3 years at supervisory level in hospitalities industries

    Graphic Designer

    Department: Digital and Communications

    Position Title:            Graphic Designer

    Reports To:                Digital and Communications Manager

    The Graphic Designer helps create and manage digital and print designs for the Hong Kong Football Club’s needs. He/ she needs to manage all graphic design tasks, refine projects and drafts, and generate creative ideas so as to ensure the design will promote the vision of the Club through high-quality graphic content.

    Responsibilities

    1. To be successful as a Graphic Designer, you should have extensive knowledge and abilities to create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities:
      1. Design layout, Club content, illustrations, and infographics including but not limited to the Club magazine, Annual Report as well as other related publications
      2. Generate fresh concepts and manage graphic designs from conception to delivery.
      3. Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on the feedback received.
      4. Liaising between project contributors to ensure deadlines are met.
      5. Review final production for errors and ensure that the final print reflects the Club’s specifications.
      6. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
    2. Support development of new and renewed products, including print publications and digital related platforms like html, videos, animation…etc
    3. Proofread promotional materials and other materials as required.
    4. Maintain Hong Kong Football Club’s style guide.
    5. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Diploma/ Degree in Graphic Design field or related discipline.
    • Proven work experience in publishing and graphic design. Candidates who have an advertising agency background are also welcome.
    • Portfolio with design projects.
    • Experience working with web-based technology and management information systems.
    • Proficiency in MAC operations (e.g. Indesign / Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Adobe Acrobat/ Animation)
    • Excellent communication and comprehension skills, both written and oral, including having a professional and tactful demeanour.
    • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects, determine priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • Be team-oriented and also able to work on an independent basis.
    • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

    Lifeguard

    Job Specifications:

    • Providing quality service to members and guest in our Swimming Pool
    • Maintain life saving procedures
    • Knowledge of proper chemical handling
    • Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation regulations of swimming pools

    Job Requirements:

    • Form 5 Standard or equivalent life saving training
    • Holder of valid Pool Lifeguard Award
    • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
    • Pleasant, cheerful with good customer service skills
    • Good command of spoken English
    • Immediately available preferred

    Part-time Lifeguard ($85/hour)
